The WFT Pro Salt spinning reel is designed for any kind of heavy freshwater and saltwater fishing. The body and rotor are made of seawater resistant aluminum alloy which is also being used in shipping. The gear is made of robust precision gears and the main shaft is made of hardened chrome steel with a solid bronze bushing. The Pro Salt reels are provided with eight closed stainless steel ball bearings, a stainless steel anti-return bearing, and a solid stainless steel bail.
Both the spool and the handle are made of CNC machined aluminum. The spool is provided with an exceedingly strong waterproof and perfectly adjustable drag, made up of carbon fiber and stainless steel disks. Therefor in short, the WFT Pro Salt is of course particularly well suited to the Fjord and sea fishing in Norway, Iceland and Denmark.
The WFT Pro Salt spinning reels are suitable for both fresh and salt water. The spool is suitable for mono and braided line.
